If we cancel an order after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.

Shipping charges, where applicable, will be displayed during checkout or communicated before your order is confirmed.

We currently accept the following payment methods:

Orders will be prepared once payment has been received and confirmed, unless otherwise agreed.
For orders paid by bank transfer, payment instructions will be provided after checkout or during the ordering process. Orders will not be processed or dispatched until payment has been successfully received and verified.
Kuri reserves the right to verify payments before processing any order. If payment is not received within a reasonable timeframe, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
6. Shipping & Delivery
We currently deliver within Riyadh, Saudi Arabia only.
Orders are prepared after payment has been confirmed.
Once payment has been verified, we will contact you via email or WhatsApp to arrange and confirm your delivery.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information. Kuri is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
7. Returns & Refunds
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened skincare and beauty products cannot be returned or exchanged.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.
Refunds, where approved, will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
