How long does delivery take?
Orders are prepared once payment has been accepted and confirmed.
After your payment is confirmed, we will contact you by email or WhatsApp to arrange and confirm your delivery details.

What is your return policy?
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened products.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we'll be happy to make it right.
